STRATEGY FOR SUCCESSFUL RECRUITING

Description:

This course prepares participants for mastering recruitment techniques and develops the skills necessary for the correct implementation of the entire process, from analyzing human resources needs to onboarding. It includes a module that reminds employers’ legal obligations and proposes examples of devices adopted by companies of different sectors.

For whom?

Entrepreneurs/Managers performing HR functions, HR Assistants, Students who are preparing for a specialization in Human Resources (HR).

Prerequisites:

1 year of professional or associative experience.

Interview with our pedagogical consultant.

Content:

11 modules presenting the fundamentals of Human Resources Management, a summary of the legal obligations defined by French Labor Law, a toolkit allowing for the operational transposition of various recruitment devices and successful onboarding.

Teaching Methods:

Theoretical contributions, role-playing, and practical cases are integrated throughout the training course, facilitating the acquisition of the numerous skills outlined in the program. The course is structured into modules including e-learning education, complemented by individual coaching sessions and a selection of personalized resources.

Upon completion of this training, you will be able to:

Respond to the human resources needs of your company by choosing appropriate search options. Structure recruitment, integration and onboarding processes that strengthen a sense of belonging. Consolidate your legitimacy to be recognized for your HR competence.

Exams:

The different skills are assessed during the following evaluations:

  • 2 written tests: 1 analysis of a recruitment need and drafting of the corresponding offer,
  • 1 practical situation: role-playing simulating a job interview.

Description:

This course prepares for mastering HR management that meets the current socio-cultural expectations of candidates. It optimizes the implementation of recruitment procedures from selecting to retaining talent.

Certification:

Yes – Referenced in the French Specific Register (RS 6168) – Eligible for CPF & OPCO

For whom?

Human Resources Manager, Independent Recruiters or those working in agencies, Entrepreneurs/Managers performing HR functions.

Prerequisites:

2 years of professional or associative experience.

Content:

11 modules presenting the fundamentals of an adaptive Human Resources Management, responding to the need for “finding meaning” expressed by candidates. A synthesis of legal obligations related to inclusion, diversity, and people with disabilities. A selection of resources with customized content based on identified needs.

Teaching Methods:

Theoretical contributions, role-playing, and practical cases are integrated throughout the entire training course, facilitating the acquisition of the numerous skills provided by the program. The training is divided into modules including e-learning education, complemented by individual coaching sessions and a selection of personalized resources.

Upon completion of this training, you will be able to:

Incorporate the new social expectations of candidates and employees into the Human Resources strategy. Adjust corporate branding, recruitment offers and working conditions accordingly. 

Familiarize yourself with the new practices of remote work and develop hybrid Management approaches.
